Order Processing and Production

All orders are made on demand using Printify’s print network.

  • Production Time: 1–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, production times may occasionally extend due to increased order volume.

Once production is complete, your item will be shipped directly from the Printify fulfillment partner best suited for your destination.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Time: 1–7 business days within the United States.

  • International shipping times vary based on destination and carrier processing.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and subject to postal or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, destination, and carrier rates set through Printify’s network.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at sales.zeromiltier@gmail.com . We will work with Printify to resolve the issue and arrange replacements when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your package’s status directly through the carrier’s website.
